Delivery & Returns
DELIVERY:
. Orders must be paid in full before the delivery preparation can take place.
. It takes two to five working days for the parcel to be delivered.
. Please make sure the packaging is not damaged or opened upon delivery.
RETURNS:
1. Log a return call with our friendly return department on 0110566455
2. Package your parcel back in the box together with all the accessories the parcel came with.
3. Drop the parcel at our nearest collection area specified by our consultant.
4. Our returns agent will evaluate the parcel to ensure that is still in good condition.
5. The parcel will then be exchanged or refunded if meet our return terms and conditions.
Advice: (Always keep the boxes and other accessories for at least for about 5 days while testing your products)
Payment Info
All amounts payable in terms of this agreement shall be payable in advance. No goods will be delivered until payment is received in full.
